The festival was once again a big exciting, successful
buzz of energy with folk coming from all over to create a great
atmosphere. With an incredible array of artists, directors,

"We
come to Lovebites every year. Everything we wanted
to see was sold out! Lovebytes is one of the best things
that happens in Sheffield every year, or almost every
year! We're deeply disappointed when its not on!" |

Richard Bolam, Technical Manager at the Showroom Cinema
"I've
also worked for Lovebytes and I'm always here at the
big events. The more interesting thing this year is
the first use of proper high definition media with
the new digital cinema projector we're just had installed.
As we're showing the peter Greenaway films and he's
known to have pioneered that medium, that's the thing
that stands out for me, from a technical point of view." |

George Rogers
"I'm
doing visuals for the djs in the showroom bar, for C90
and lowlife on Saturday. I do it quite often and I make
music,
it's a new thing for me the visuals, it's inspirational
to do something different. I'm looking forward to Fransisco
Lopez, Thomas Koner and Guillboon. |

Terry Slater – volunteer,
Fine Art student
"Digital arts is something
I'm not very well informed about, so it's giving me a chance
to become better informed!
Claire
Sterland – volunteer, Fine Art student
"I'm a student doing fine
art and I work in video and media based stuff, so I wanted to
come and actually look at the work, but also put a bit of help
into it. I'm looking forward to the Peter Greenaway talk and
questions after, it will be really good to actually hear him
in person."
