Troubles with Sex, Theory & History (Marina Grzinic & Aina Smid) starts with pure chance, making the users into gamblers, linking different images, texts and interactions derived from the videos, film and theoretical work of Grzinic and Smid.
Windows 98
Bruno Martelli (UK 1998)
"Whoever looks from outside through an open window will never see as many things as when you look at a closed one. There is no sight with greater depth and mystery and variety, more obscurely suggestive, more brightly revealing,....behind a window-pane. Inside that black or luminous void, life is being lived, life is being dreamed, life is being suffered." (Baudelaire)
